Kirsten Johnson is originally from The Evergreen State of Washington in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Her career with The Phoenix Suns NBA Team brought her to the sunny climate of Arizona in 1995.

She spent the first 10 years in Arizona as a Public Relations and Marketing specialist, representing clients such as; Professional Athletes from The NBA and MLB, National healthcare clients, physicians, political figures, charitable organizations,radio stations and musical artists. On a local level her public relations career offered her the opportunity to work with musical artists such as; Reba McEntire, The Beach Boys and Alice Cooper to name a few. On a National Level some of her work has been showcased on The Today Show, Good Morning America, The Wall Street Journal, Time Magazine and Journal of American Medicine. 

Kirsten's broad skill set in public relations and marketing translated seamlessly when she began her Real Estate Career in 2005 with Arizona Best Real Estate.  Her history of experience in working with high-level clientele coupled with her detailed knowledge and understanding of negotiation, client discretion/confidentiality, strategic planning, media relations, sponsorship fulfillment, writing and event coordination have proved to be vital ingredients to her real estate business. 

Since 2005 Kirsten has become a respected colleague and trusted real estate professional earning her the position of one of the top producing agents at Arizona Best Real Estate.  Kirsten was selected to serve on the award winning relocation team of Arizona Best Real Estate where she helps families and companies who are relocating into the great state of Arizona.

As a luxury agent with Arizona Best Real Estate, Kirsten has been recognized by Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate and Luxury Portfolio International, an invitation-only collection of the finest residential real estate associates in the world . These global affiliations have offered Kirsten the opportunity to manage some of the most complex real estate transactions with a deep level of integrity, high-level service, confidentiality and expertise.

Kirsten has been awarded Master Networker by Who's Who In Luxury Real Estate (LRE) in 2014,2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. Her real estate colleagues from around the globe honored her as the recipient of The Who's Who In Luxury Real Estate 2015 Extraordinary Philanthropist for her work with Foster Children in Arizona. One of the greatest honors to date in her professional and personal life. In 2020, Luxury Portfolio International awarded Kirsten as Agent Ambassador of the Year.

The community in which Kirsten resides and works is very important to her. She served as the past President of the Johnjay & Rich #LoveUp Foundation from 2007-2017 where she worked passionately to improve the lives of children living within the foster care system. She now serves as an advising board member on the #LoveUp Foundation. As a long-standing sustaining advisory board member to the Auxiliary Board of Fresh Start Women's Foundation,  Kirsten is passionate about mpowering women to become strong contributing members to their families and community. Kirsten is also a graduate of Class 29 from Scottsdale Leadership.

Outside of real estate and serving her community Kirsten loves to travel, ski, sail and spend time with her friends and family.
